CONFIRMAR la sentencia de fecha 12 de febrero de 1998, proferida por la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que a su vez confirmo el fallo del 16 de diciembre de 1997 emanado de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, que nego la tutela interpuesta por Maria Cristina Mora Santander.
Segundo. Librese por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
