- PRIMERO. Confirmase el numeral
- primero. de la sentencia de 25 de marzo de 1994 proferida por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Caucasia, en cuanto tutelo el derecho al trabajo en condiciones dignas y justas.
- SEGUNDO. Revocanse los numerales
- segundo. y
- tercero. de la misma sentencia, y en su lugar se dispone que la autoridad administrativa del Municipio de Nechi ordene el pago de los sueldos del alcalde Hector Hernando Rivera Ramirez, correspondientes a 1994, y prevenir a la Contraloria General de Antioquia para que no obstaculice tal ordenacion en forma previa puesto que el control es posterior a la ejecucion.
- TERCERO. Comuniquese al Juzgado Penal del Circuito Caucasia, al alcalde de Nechi Hector Hernando Rivera Ramirez, al Tesorero de dicho Municipio, al Contralor General de antioquia, al Coordinador del Centro Regional de dicha Contraloria en Caucasia y al Defensor del Pueblo.
