- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo del 9 de diciembre de 1993 proferido por el Juzgado 6o. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, así como las providencias del 13 de diciembre de 1993, proferida por el Juzgado 15 Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, y de 15 de diciembre de 1993, proferida por el Juzgado 1o. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho a la igualdad de los ciudadanos Myriam Segura, María Helena García, Carlos Alfonso García y José Solano.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRESE comunicación a los Juzgados Primero,
- Sexto. y Quince Laborales del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR a los jueces Primero,
- Sexto. y Quince Laborales del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá que vigilen el cumplimiento de la presente providencia e impongan las sanciones correspondientes, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 52 y 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, en el evento de que persista la práctica discriminatoria a que alude esta Sentencia.
