- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Duitama y por la Sala Civil-Familia-Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Rosa de Viterbo, mediante los cuales se negó el amparo solicitado, y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela.
- ORDENASE a la sociedad demandada que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, traslade a la "Asociación de Pensionados Ferroviarios de Acerías Paz del Río" los aportes de los pensionados, según las normas vigentes.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
