- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de términos ordenada mediante auto del catorce (14) de febrero de dos mil ( 2000 ).
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Ibagué el 17 de septiembre de 1999, pero por las razones expuestas.
- Tercero. PREVENIR a la Gobernación del Departamento del Tolima y a su Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, para que en lo sucesivo se abstengan de incurrir nuevamente en las omisiones que dieron lugar a esta acción de tutela, y se asegure la cancelación puntual de las mesadas pensionales de su extrabajadores.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
