- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Barrancabermeja, de fecha veintiuno (21) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996). En consecuencia, tutelar el derecho de petición del señor Yimi Silva Arrieta.
- Segundo. Se prevendrá al Distrito Militar Nro. 34, en los términos del artículo 24 del decreto 2591 de 1991, pues según los documentos que obran en el expediente, la vulneración ya está superada.
- Tercero. Comunicar esta decisión al Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Barrancabermeja, para que sean notificadas las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
