DECISION
Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el juzgado veintisiete penal municipal (T-201650) y Trece Penal del Circuito de Cali (T-203132). En consecuencia, conceder la tutela por el derecho al trabajo y ordenar al Director del Hospital Mario Correa Rengifo, que en el termino de ocho dias contados a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia, cancele los salarios adeudados a las actoras. En el evento de que no exista la disponibilidad presupuestal, el Director del Hospital, debera, en el mismo termino, iniciar los tramites que le permitan cumplir lo ordenado.
Segundo. Prevenir al Hospital Departamental Mario Correa Rengifo de la ciudad de Cali, para que en el futuro evite incurrir en las omisiones ilegitimas que ocasionaron las presentes tutelas.
Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
