- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 12 diciembre de 1995 proferida por el Juzgado Diecinueve de Familia de Santafe de Bogota en virtud del cual se nego la tutela.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que, en guarda de la intimidad del accionante, se omita mencionar su nombre en las publicaciones o resenas que se hagan de esta sentencia.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, el contenido de la presente sentencia al Juzgado Diecinueve de Familia de Santafe de Bogota, con el fin de que proceda a dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el art. 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
