Confirmar la sentencia de fecha veinticinco (25) de octubre del año dos mil (2000), proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Barrancas, departamento de la Guajira, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Nancy María Rodríguez, Mavis Antonia Rojas y Adairis María Rodríguez contra la Alcaldía de Hatonuevo, la Guajira.
Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.

No Les Asiste Razón A Los Solicitantes Cuando Aducen Que La Tutela Efectuó Un Pronunciamiento Sobre El Artículo 27 Del Decreto 1421 De 1993. Negada
