- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos en los asuntos de la referencia por los juzgados 3 y 13 Civil Municipal de Ibagué, mediante los cuales se negó la protección solicitada. En su lugar, se concede la tutela de los derechos invocados por los accionantes.
- En consecuencia, se ORDENA a las autoridades demandadas que, si ya no lo hubieren hecho, procedan a cancelar las mesadas atrasadas a los actores en un término no superior a los tres meses, con cargo al anticipo contemplado en el parágrafo 6, artículo 2, de la Ley 549 de 1999.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
