- Segundo. En consecuencia, declarar la nulidad parcial del numeral
- tercero. de la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Dieciseis Penal Municipal de Cali, donde se condeno al demandante a pagar de manera solidaria con el sindicado, los perjuicios ocasionados por el hecho punible al senor Alfredo Montenegro Arias.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, liberense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
