- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 4 Civil Municipal de Barranquilla, por medio de los cuales se nego la proteccion solicitada.
- En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos al debido proceso, a la educacion y a la autonomia personal. En consecuencia, se ordena a la Universidad del Norte que no supedite en forma alguna la continuacion de estudios del actor, al hecho de someterse a una terapia psicologica.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
