PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala Dual de Familia, el 16 de noviembre de 1994, y en su lugar tutelar el derecho a la igualdad de Armando Rafael y Edilberto Bolivar Juliao.
SEGUNDO. Ordenar al Banco de la Republica, sucursal de Barranquilla, inscribir como beneficiarios de los auxilios educacional y medicos, quirurgicos y odontologicos contemplados en la convencion colectiva vigente, a Armando Rafael y Edilberto Bolivar Juliao, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia.
TERCERO. Ordenar al Banco de la Republica que proceda a modificar su reglamento interno, a fin de adecuarlo a los mandatos de la Constitucion Politica de la Republica y evitar que se sigan presentando casos de discriminacion como el que motivo el presente proceso.
CUARTO. Comunicar esta sentencia al Juzgado
Quinto. de Familia de Barranquilla, para los fines contemplados en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2156 de 1991.
