- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia dictada el dos (2) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por el Juzgado Veinte (20) Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, Distrito Capital, en el asunto de la referencia y por los motivos antedichos.
- SEGUNDO. Comunicar inmediatamente esta decision al Juzgado Veinte (20) Penal del Circuito de esta ciudad, para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
