Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Cincuenta y Tres Penal Municipal el veinticuatro (24) de mayo de dos mil (2000) y, en su lugar declarar improcedente la presente acción de tutela, en virtud de haberse superado el hecho que la motivó.
Segundo. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
