- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Unico Promiscuo del Circuito de Belén de los Andaquíes, Departamento del Caquetá, el 16 de septiembre de 1999, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por Humberto Castañeda Sarria contra la Alcaldía Municipal de Belén de los Andaquíes.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de Belén de los Andaquíes que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, adelante las diligencias necesarias para cancelar en forma inmediata todos los salarios adeudados al mencionado funcionario.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
