  2. Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de Pácora (Caldas), pero por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
  3. Segundo. PREVENIR al Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Caldas, para que en el estricto término que señala la ley, se pronuncie respecto de la liquidación provisional del bono pensional del señor Arturo Ramos Bedoya, de tal suerte que la prestación que el accionante reclama le pueda ser reconocida sin más dilaciones.
  4. Tercero. ENVÍESE copia de la presente providencia al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Caldas, Departamento de Pensiones.
  5. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
