CONFIRMAR el fallo de septiembre 23 de 2008, proferido por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, por medio del cual fue confirmado el dictado en julio 23 del mismo ano, por la Sala de Casacion Civil de esa corporacion, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por el representante legal de Acemetal Ltda., contra la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, y la Sala Civil - Familia del Tribunal Superior de Manizales.
