- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado Doce Penal Municipal de Cali, de 19 de noviembre de 1993. Por consiguiente, se deniega la tutela demandada por el menor BORYS CRISTHIAN PAZ ABADIA.
- SEGUNDO. MODIFICAR el numeral
- segundo. de dicha sentencia. En su lugar quedará así: SOLICITAR la intervención inmediata del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar para que adopte las medidas correspondientes para la protección del menor BORYS CRISTHIAN PAZ ABADIA. El Instituto deberá informar a la mayor brevedad a la Corte sobre dichas medidas.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del numeral anterior, REMITIR al mencionado Instituto copia íntegra de este fallo y del expediente correspondiente.
- CUARTO. Comunicar la presente sentencia al Juzgado Doce Penal Municipal de Cali, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
