- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Diecisiete Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá de fecha noviembre 11 de 1998.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado Treinta y Cuatro Civil Municipal de octubre 1 de 1998, en cuanto concedió la tutela solicitada, con la modificación de que igualmente se tutelen los derechos al debido proceso y a la igualdad y ordenar al Colegio Anglo Colombiano, que adecue el proceso de admisión de ésta, a los preceptos contenidos en la resolución 6520/97, expedida por la Secretaría de Educación de Santafé de Bogotá
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
