- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali-Sala Laboral de fecha 16 de junio de 2000.
- Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos a la vida, salud y seguridad social de la peticionaria NIDIA GARCIA GONGORA. En consecuencia se ordena a Cajanal-Seccional Cali, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, pague a la actora el valor de su mesada pensional, la cual le fue reconocida y sustituída mediante la Resolución 010043 de 9 de agosto de 1999.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
