- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá D.C., Sala Penal, fechada el veintisiete (27) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), que declaró improcedente la acción de tutela intentada por el señor Rodrigo Turbay Cote.
