- Primero. CONFIRMAR de las sentencias del nueve (9) de septiembre de dos mil tres (2003), proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal del Guamo, y del veinticuatro (24) de septiembre de dos mil tres (2003).
- Segundo. Declarar la carencia actual de objeto.
- Tercero. PREVENIR, de conformidad con el artículo 24 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, al Alcalde del Guamo, Tolima, para que no vuelva a adelantar de manera tardía los trámites administrativos, financieros y presupuestales necesarios para asegurar la provisión de recursos suficientes para el pago oportuno de las mesadas pensionales de Hernando Rojas.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
