Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Primero. Promiscuo del Circuito de San Juan del Cesar el 5 de mayo de 2000, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por Hilda Josefa Campuzano Algarin, contra el Hospital San Agustín de Fonseca (Guajira) y, en su lugar, conceder la protección solicitada.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Director del Hospital San Agustín de Fonseca que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a la inmediata cancelación de todos los salarios que hasta ahora se le adeudan a Hilda Josefa Campuzano Algarín.
Tercero. El incumplimiento de lo aquí dispuesto lo hará incurrir en desacato, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.

Las Pruebas Decretadas Por La Corte Constitucional En Este Caso Atendieron A Los Criterios Establecidos Por La Jurisprudencia De La Corte Constitucional No Solo De Manera General, Respetando Los Principios Relativos Al Régimen Probatorio En La Acción De Tutela. No Les Asiste Razón A Los Solicitantes Cuando Aducen Que La Tutela Efectuó Un Pronunciamiento Sobre El Artículo 27 Del Decreto 1421 De 1993. Negada
