- 1) CONFIRMASE la sentencia proferida por la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casación Laboral- el 2 de diciembre de 1992, mediante la cual fue confirmado el fallo del 26 de octubre del mismo año, pronunciada por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla en el proceso de la referencia.
- 2) PREVIENESE a la Empresa Puertos de Colombia, para que adelante las gestiones administrativas enderezadas a la inclusión en su Presupuesto de partidas suficientes para el cumplimiento exacto, eficaz y oportuno de las providencias judiciales proferidas por los jueces de la República.
- 3. Compúlsese copia del expediente y de esta providencia a la Procuraduría General de la Nación para lo de su cargo.
- 4) LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
