- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos, en los casos de la referencia, por los juzgados
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Chaparral,
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito del mismo municipio, y los juzgados Penal Municipal de Amagá y Penal del Circuito de Titiribí, que negaron la tutela, y en su lugar, CONCEDER la protección judicial solicitada por los accionantes.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Hospital San Juan Bautista de Chaparral, y a la empresa "Mineros Unidos Ltda" que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, procedan al pago del subsidio familiar que adeudan a las correspondientes cajas de compensación familiar por los siguientes empleados: Gladys Lozano Andrade, José Ulises Gutiérrez Cabezas, Edfilia Reinoso de Padilla, Margarita Rodríguez Silva, Alcira Ramírez, Martha Esperanza Méndez Oviedo, Felipa Quiñones Suárez y Blanca Libia Gómez Quiñones, Luis Fernando Granados Pérez y León Eduardo García.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría LIBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
