- PRIMERA. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Cuatro Municipal de Medellín, el día siete (7) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela por violación del derecho fundamental de petición. En consecuencia se ordena a la CAJA NACIONAL DE PREVISION SOCIAL resolver la petición elevada por MARIA MAGDALENA HOLGUIN FLOREZ, dentro del improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48), contado a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia, si para la fecha de esta última no ha sido resuelta la solicitud".
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
