- PRIMERA. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veintidos Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el día seis (6) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) que confirmó la del Juzgado Cincuenta y Seis Civil Municipal de siete (7) de septiembre del mismo año.
- SEGUNDO. DENEGAR la tutela impetrada por la señora MARIA ODALINDA RODRIGUEZ DE DELGADO por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, previniendo a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social para que adelante las diligencias administrativas encaminadas al pago oportuno de las mesadas adeudadas, en el evento de que no se hubieren cancelado.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
