- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta, Sala Laboral, el día
- primero. (1) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) salvo en la parte que reza "Igualmente se ordena al mencionado DIRECTOR para que en un plazo no superior a los diez (10) días le cancele al accionante las mesadas pensionales que la Entidad le llegue a reconocer, en caso de acceder a la impugnación de la Resolución arriba identificadas o en su defecto cancele las mesadas ya reconocidas en dicha Resolución, con su respectivo reajuste correspondiente a 1993", la cual se revoca. Se previene al Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales para que adelante las diligencias administrativas encaminadas al pago oportuno de las mesadas adeudadas en el evento de que no se hubieren cancelado.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
