- REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral, el 18 de mayo del presente año y, en su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al trabajo del señor Roberto Vidales León. En consecuencia, ORDENASE a Santa Fe Club Deportivo, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a entregar al demandante sus derechos deportivos.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
