SEGUNDO. CIVIL DEL CIRCUITO DE ZIPAQUIRA, de fecha 1º de noviembre de 2000, que a su vez confirmó el fallo DEL JUZGADO
TERCERO. PROMISCUO MUNICIPAL DE CHIA CUNDINAMARCA, de fecha 15 de septiembre de 2000, que negó la acción de tutela interpuesta por el señor JAIME BEDOYA ROJAS contra EL CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL SANTA LUCIA DE CHIA, representado por su administrador señor ARTURO ROJAS.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
