Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Istmina el 5 de agosto de 1999, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Nelson Mosquera Palacios contra la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social E.P.S. -Seccional Chocó- y, en consecuencia, conceder la protección solicitada.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social -Seccional Chocó- que preste todos los servicios médico-asistenciales que requiera el señor Nelson Mosquera Palacios para recuperar su salud, sin perjuicio de que repita contra el empleador por los costos correspondientes.
Tercero. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social -Seccional Chocó- que tome las medidas legales y administrativas necesarias para que la Cárcel de Istmina en su calidad de empleador le cancele los aportes, obrero-patronales que le adeuda.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
