- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de San Andrés y por la Sala de Decisión del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de San Andrés, en cuanto tutelaron el derecho a la seguridad social en conexidad con la vida de la accionante Susana Huffingtong, respecto al pago d las cotizaciones para seguridad social. La entidad territorial debe asumir directamente los costos de salud de la accionante y su familia mientras la institución respectiva de seguridad social inicia en efecto y en su integridad la prestación de los servicios.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Gobernador del Departamento de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina para que se asegure de cancelar oportunamente las mesadas de los pensionados del Departamento, en la actualidad con mayor razón, dada la existencia de la Ley 549 de 1999.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
