- Primero. REANUDAR los términos del proceso suspendidos en virtud del auto dictado el 27 de octubre de 2003.
- Segundo. DECLARAR carencia actual de objeto por hecho superado en la acción de tutela instaurada por Flor de María Morales Barrera contra el Juzgado Penal de Descongestión del Circuito Especializado de Buga y, únicamente por este motivo, CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas el 6 de mayo de 2003 por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Buga, y el 17 de junio de 2003 por la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
