- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Montería, de fecha 13 de septiembre de 1995. En consecuencia, no se concede la tutela solicitada por el señor Alvaro de Jesús Azuero Bustillo contra el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Córdoba.
- Segundo. Solicitar al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Córdoba, que disponga lo conducente para que el señor Azuero Bustillo sea examinado por especialistas en medicina interna o reumatología, para determinar su estado de salud, y adoptar el tratamiento correspondiente.
- Tercero. Comuníquese esta decisión al Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Montería, Córdoba, para que sean notificadas las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
