Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del Juzgado
Noveno. Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, proferido el once (11) de agosto de 1999, por medio del cual negó la protección invocada.
En su lugar, SE CONCEDE la tutela del derecho a la vida en conexión con los derechos a la salud y a la seguridad social. En consecuencia, SE ORDENA "CCONVIDA" que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, si así lo estima pertinente el médico tratante, o en la oportunidad que él indique, bajo su responsabilidad profesional, practique la cirugía que requiere Henry Preciado Parra.
Segundo. Por Secretaría LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
