  2. R E S U E L V E :
  3. Primero. Confirmar, por las razones consignadas en esta providencia, las sentencias proferidas dentro del trámite de la acción de la referencia, por el Juzgado Veinte Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, el día diecisiete (17) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) en primera instancia, y por el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá el día seis (6) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), en segunda instancia.
  4. Segundo. Notifíquese la presente decisión a cada uno de los Despachos Judiciales a que se refieren los numerales anteriores de la parte resolutiva de esta sentencia, para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
