- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia que dictó el Juzgado
- Cuarto. de Familia de San Juan de Pasto el 26 de julio de 1999, mediante la cual negó la tutela incoada por Alicia Nelly Castro Guerrero contra el Gobernador de Nariño.
- Segundo. En su lugar, ORDENAR al Gobernador del Departamento de Nariño que, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, pague los salarios que al momento de notificación de este fallo deba a la peticionaria.
- Tercero. Levántase la suspensión de los términos procesales.
- Cuarto. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
