- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Santa Marta, de veinte (20) de Septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco 1995, por la cual se concede la tutela presentada por Alvaro Meza Serrano, en su condición de apoderado de Giovanni González Moreno, en contra del Director de la Cárcel del Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta, y, en su lugar, negar la tutela, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia. En consecuencia, esta decisión deja sin efecto el traslado ordenado por el juez de tutela.
