  3. Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
  4. Cuarto. de Familia de Cali el doce (12) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), formulada por la señora SANDRA LILIANA TRUJILLO RESTREPO en la acción de tutela No. T- 21459.
  5. Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veinte Penal del Circuito de Cali el veinte (20) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), instaurada por la señora ELIANA PATRICIA ARANGO CERON, en la acción de tutela No. T-21485.
  6. Tercero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Pradera (Valle del Cauca) el veinticuatro (24) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), formulada por la Personera Municipal a fin de tutelar los derechos de la señora MATILDE CAMPOS TORRES, su hijo menor JAMES BURBANO y la señora CARMEN DIAZ BURBANO, en la acción de tutela No. T-21772.
  7. Cuarto. Notifíquese la presente decisión a cada uno de los Despachos Judiciales a que se refieren los numerales anteriores de la parte resolutiva de esta sentencia, para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
