- Primero. Confirmar, pero por las consideraciones y con las observaciones que anteceden, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Doce Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el catorce (14) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), que a su vez confirmó la sentencia del quince (15) de junio del mismo año, mediante la cual el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil Municipal de la misma ciudad, decidió negar el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. Líbrese por la Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
