- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 5 de julio de 2007 por el Juzgado Quince Civil del Circuito de Cali, que habia revocado la tutela concedida a la senora Alina Margarita Vasquez Naranjo el 15 de mayo del mismo ano, por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil Municipal de dicha ciudad. En su lugar, se dispone TUTELAR los derechos de la mencionada senora a la seguridad social y a la salud, en conexidad con la vida digna.
- Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDENASE al representante legal de EPS Sanitas, o quien haga sus veces en el Valle del Cauca, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esa providencia, si no lo ha hecho, proceda a realizar una junta medica de especialistas en lo atinente a la obesidad severa que padece Alina Margarita Vasquez Naranjo y si asi se determina cientificamente, previa cabal informacion clara y conciente consentimiento de la senora, autorice la intervencion quirurgica indicada por el medico tratante a la senora Vasquez Naranjo para el "Bypass Gastrico por Laparoscopia", con "ligasure y sutura mecanica", con la debida continuacion del tratamiento integral que requiera.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
