- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del Tribunal Superior de Valledupar, Sala de Decisión Laboral del 30 de julio de 1998, que a su vez confirmó el fallo del Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de la misma ciudad, que concedió la tutela impetrada por losseñores William Castro Alvrado, Olga Plata Daza y Leonor Graciela González de Bolaño, y en su lugar, DENIEGA el amparo solicitado. En caso de haberse efectuado el pago ordenado por los falladores de instancia, se entenderá como pago de lo debido, por lo que no habrá lugar a obtener la devolución de las sumas pagadas.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrense las comunicaciones pertinentes, para los efectos señalados por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
