- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias de primera y segunda instancias proferidas en este proceso por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca con fecha 1o. de marzo de 1996 y por el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura -Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria- el 11 de abril de 1996. En consecuencia, conceder la tutela del derecho de asociación sindical.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Compañía Nacional de Vidrios S.A., CONALVIDRIOS S.A. que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de realizar actos dirigidos a la preparación o trámite de las renuncias o conducta alguna que tenga por objeto la desafiliación de los trabajadores al sindicato de la empresa.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2521 de 1991 para los fines allí señalados.
