Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Abejorral (Ant.) el 10 de agosto de 1999 y, en su lugar, tutelar los derechos al debido proceso, la seguridad social, la salud, la igualdad y el hábeas data de María Nidia Cortés Rincón.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del municipio de Abejorral que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, restablezca a María Nidia Cortés Rincón el régimen de beneficios que venía disfrutando como beneficiaria del Sisben hasta finalizar el año 1998.
Sólo en caso de que sea imperioso para garantizar una distribución equitativa de los recursos a todos los actuales y potenciales beneficiarios de ese régimen subsidiado de salud, procederá la administración municipal a revisar la situación de la accionante y demás beneficiarios, atendiendo las pautas expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
