Primera: CONFIRMANSE las sentencias proferidas por los despachos judiciales que decidieron en instancia las acciones de tutela de que tratan los expedientes T-311.113 y los acumulados a este, en las cuales se denego el amparo que solicitaron los actores, de sus derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo y al reajuste periodico de pensiones, por la decision del Gobierno Nacional de no aumentar los salarios y pensiones estatales para el ano 2000, cuando estas, en su cuantia, fueran superiores a dos (2) salarios minimos.
Segunda. Por Secretaria General, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Copiese, notifiquese, insertese en al Gaceta de al Corte Constitucional y cumplase.
