- Primero. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia No. C-280 del 25 de junio 1996 que declaró exequible la expresión "o especiales" del artículo 177 de la Ley 200 de 1995, "por la cual se adopta el Código Disciplinario Unico".
- Segundo. INHIBIRSE para fallar sobre la constitucionalidad de los demás contenidos normativos del artículo 177 de la Ley 200 de 1995, por carencia del concepto de la violación.
