- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. ESTESE a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-140 de 1.996 de la Corte Constitucional que resolvió la constitucionalidad del literal b) del artículo 1o. del Decreto 973 de 1.994.
- Segundo. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el inciso 1o. del artículo 1o. del Decreto 973 de 1.994 y su literal a), salvo la expresión "socios", contenida en el mismo, la cual es INEXEQUIBLE, con la advertencia de que no podrá deducirse que el régimen de incompatibilidades e inhabilidades cobija igualmente a los "administradores" que no tienen la calidad de miembros de junta directivas u organismos directivos, o no son representantes legales o empleados de las Entidades Promotoras de Salud.
