- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar exequibles los articulos 2o. literal a) parcial y paragrafo, 4o. literal a) parcial, 7o. literal e) y 20 literal f) parcial del Decreto Ley 1472 de l990, por no haberse excedido el Gobierno en el uso de las facultades extraordinarias de la Ley 10 de 1990.
- Segundo. Estese a la declaracion de exequibilidad de los articulos 3o. literal p) y 7o. literal ll) del mencionado Decreto, pronunciada en la sentencia No. 139 de 28 de noviembre de 1991 de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia, en cuanto no viola materialmente la Constitucion Nacional.
