- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- RESUELVE :
- PRIMERO. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLES los artículos 181, 238 y 239 y los incisos 1o., 3o., 4o. y 6o. y los parágrafos 1o. y 2o. del artículo 236 de la Ley 100 de 1993. En cuanto al inciso 2o. de este artículo DECLÁRASE EXEQUIBLE, salvo la parte que dice: "En un plazo de cuatro (4) años, a partir de la vigencia de esta ley, éstos pagarán las cotizaciones dispuestas en el artículo 204", y en la que expresa: "con el carácter del plan complementario, en los términos del artículo 169", en las cuales SE ESTARA A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia No. C-408 del 15 de septiembre de 1994.
